Having a technical issue/glitch with a site feature or event?
For the fastest response, your best bet is to notify us via the Bug Reports and Technical Support forum. Anyone else who's had this issue may be able to help, and our devs keep an eye on that forum for issues as well.

Think your gold/items/account have been stolen (account hacked)?
If your account has been taken over by someone else (hacked), then file one hacking report here. If you were scammed out of your gold or items by another user, file one scamming report here. Duplicate reports will only delay the processing of your report.

You should contact a forum moderator. Click the "View Forum Moderators" link at the top of the forum where you need help.
